UFC 115 Poster And Story

According to a recent article, Tickets for the upcoming June 12, UFC 115 event are currently ready to be gobbled up on Tuesday; however—just as the "hot rumor" of last month suggested, the main event will not be Chuck Liddell vs. Tito Ortiz III, as previously scheduled.

The two current coaches of this seasons "The Ultimate Fighter " Liddell and Ortiz, according to the confirmed news, will now possibly become the "first ever" stars of the series to not have a season ending match against each each, as Ortiz will now be replaced by Rich Franklin.

This is UFC's first show in the western Canadian provinces. UFC 115 is to be held in Vancouver, BC., and no confirmed reason has been given as to why it is now Franklin who is stepping in for Ortiz.

In fact, when the rumor first surfaced, UFC president Dan White was extremely adamant, and very outspoken regarding the news. He suggested that it was nonsense, and accused the media of once again fabricating untrue story's.

White and Liddell are extremely close friends, and they have a long and notorious history of not being on friendly terms with their nemesis " Tito."

White and Ortiz were once scheduled to have an exhibition boxing match against each other, in order to settle their differences.

However, in recent months, White has gone on record to say that he and Ortiz have somewhat " kissed and made up.

The UFC president, in that instance seemed to be telling the truth, as evidenced by Ortiz's recent return to the UFC octagon in a losing effort to Forrest Griffin earlier this year.

White even went as far as "tweeting" on his twitter.com account that there was no such trouble brewing with between he and Ortiz, on the new "TUF" reality series.

It would now seem quite logical that indeed there must have been some untold event, or an unpredicted outburst during the taping of the show, which has caused the unplanned emergence of Franklin.

Clearly, the question can now be asked if the the "real liar" in this case was UFC President White himself.

Maybe "It will all come out in the wash" as they say, as the current season of the Spike TV reality based show has only just begun.

Stay tuned folks, as more of this never-ending-yarn is surely to be unraveled in the coming weeks.
